What’s Included:
- Meticulous Disassembly & Surface Preparation
We begin by carefully removing all trim, lights, and handles to ensure seamless coverage with no tape lines. The existing paint is then professionally stripped and prepared to create the ideal foundation for the new finish. - Perfectly Primed Foundation
Multiple layers of high-build primer are applied and then block-sanded by hand until the surface is perfectly flat and free of any imperfections. This step is critical and is what separates a good paint job from a great one. - Climate-Controlled Paint Application
Inside our state-of-the-art, down-draft spray booth, our master painters apply multiple coats of your chosen base color, followed by several layers of high-solid clear coat for extreme depth and UV protection. - Infrared Curing
The fresh paint is then cured using infrared lamps, which harden the finish from the inside out. This creates a more durable and chip-resistant surface than air-drying alone. - The Final Polish: Color Sanding & Buffing
After curing, the clear coat is painstakingly wet-sanded to remove any hint of texture (known as “orange peel”) and then machine polished in multiple stages to achieve a true, distortion-free, mirror-like shine
